How Zuno works, for guests and for hosts.
The short version
You request a stay for free. The host confirms. You meet, and you pay the host directly at check-in. Zuno charges nobody and never touches the money.
For guests
Booking, identity verification, payment methods, deposits and cancellations are covered in Guest support.
For hosts
Listing a property, importing it from Airbnb or Booking.com, setting a deposit and accepting requests are covered in Host resources.
